Where we started

dotSolved was founded on a simple idea. When someone has a problem, you work through it until you can call it solved. That has been how the company has operated for 23 years.

We began by implementing on-premise Oracle and CRM systems for mid-market enterprises at a time when that work was genuinely hard. There were no playbooks and no templates to lean on, only close work with clients to make complex systems run. That experience compounded over two decades into a deep and contextual understanding of how enterprise organizations work.

What shifted

Every major technology wave of the past two decades, from web enablement to SaaS to cloud, was one we moved through alongside our clients. AI is different in kind rather than degree.
